Each client is allocated a personal account manager who will tailor the service to your specific needs, reflecting your brand and identity. The PetSec FileManager system is a custom workflow solution that receives uploaded audio files. In combination with the PetSec "Speak" App the service ensures a transcription service that is simple and cost effective. The App can be used to dictate from anywhere, at any time, with an instant 'send' facility to client account on FileManager. Our veterinary typists enter transcriptions into patient management systems or Word templates, depending on your requirements. Typing deadlines are always met without fuss.

Security
PetSec Ltd complies with The Data Protection Act. Original and completed files are deleted from the FileManager system 40 days after work completion.
